FAQ's About Fox Fitness Bootcamp
What is the Fox Fitness Bootcamp?

It is a four-week outdoor fitness program designed to help you get in shape or reach a new level of fitness. You will be motivated and have fun with each workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer. Each class runs for approximately an hour in a group format of anywhere from 4-15 people. Participants also have the option of keeping a food journal that will be looked over by the trainer. Suggestions will be offered regarding areas of improvement.

I'm not very physically fit, can I join too?

Yes! Nobody is left behind. Classes are open to people of all fitness levels, sizes, and ages. Whether you're a at a beginning of advanced level, you will be challenged.

What will I get out of bootcamp?

What do I need to bring to camp?

Please bring water to keep yourself hydrated. Also, a towel is optional to dry off or use as a mat. Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather and wear athletic shoes. Plan on getting dirty and wet. Classes run rain or shine!

How soon will I see results?

Results are different for everyone, but many will see improvement within two to three weeks depending on your effort level. Also, it's not a competition so focus on your individual results. 

What if it is raining or too hot?

Come rain or shine! See it as a challenge. When possible we will utilize covered areas during inclement weather and shaded areas when it is hot. ALWAYS bring water!

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp for circumstances  out of your control, we can offer a refund prior to the start of class. We will charge a $50 cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel after the class has started we can only offer you a credit toward a future bootcamp class. There is no cash refund and the credit is nontransferable. 

What do I do when bootcamp is over?

Classes are held on a monthly basis, so you can always register for the next class session. You can also participate in Fox Fitness in-home personal training or small group training. For more information please visit www.foxfitnessonline.com.
